Today, we're bringing you something a little different...an extract of the eBook Realistic 1v1 Drills, written by KlipDraw user Spiros Koulouris and published by the Institute for Youth-Soccer.

This book is a great resource for football coaches and contains 35 exercises which can be utilised to bring a realistic approach to one-versus-one training for both children and adults.

Each drill contains attacking and defensive elements so that they can be developed from both sides of the field. As well as the concise explanations for each drill, the book contains clear illustrations to further the understanding of the coach. Each drill is also linked to a video, illustrated with KlipDraw and accessible through a QR code, which shows youths from the PAOK academy putting the theory into practice.
